Professor Kim Sooin is working at Department of Psyhciatry, School of Medicine, Ewha Womans University as an associate Professor. She received her Ph D. from Ewha Womans University. Her major research fields are mental health of single parents, geriatric psychiatry, community psychiatry, and eating disorders. She is a member of Korean Neuropsychiatric Associsation, Korean Geriatric Psychiatry Association, and Society of Korean Women Psychiatrists. She published a total of 20 papers.
