[General] Notice of Renovation Work in Reading Room 301 (Case Hall) and Restricted Access to Rooms 301 and 303 N

To repair aging facilities and provide a safer research and study environment, renovation work will be carried out in Reading Room 301 in Case Hall (Graduate School Building) as outlined below. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
1. Construction Period: October 26 (Mon.) – November 20 (Fri.), 2026 (tentative)
2. Location: Reading Room 301, Case Hall (Graduate School Building)
3. Scope of Work: Floor repairs, wall painting, replacement of flooring and window blinds, etc.
4. Restricted Areas: Reading Room 301 and Study Room 1 303, Case Hall
5. Reason for Access Restriction: Renovation work in Reading Room 301 and temporary storage of furniture and equipment from Reading Room 301 in Study Room 1 303
6. Important Notes
a. Access to and use of Reading Room 301 and Study Room 1 303 will be restricted during the construction period.
b. The schedule is subject to change depending on the progress of the construction work.
c. Please be advised that noise and dust may occur during demolition, floor substructure work, and other construction activities.
