Yookyung Han, dean of the Graduate School of Education, said "Through cooperation with Center for Digital Literacy, we expect to train excellent teachers with the skills needed in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and lead education for future talent with basic AI skills, creative problem-solving skills and community spirit in the digital world." Iljoon Park, chairman of Center for Digital Literacy, said "In terms of AI, actual utilization is more important than understanding the technology and what should be preceded is understanding the positive and adverse function of AI to gain a healthy perspective and mindset." and further emphasized, stating "Digital literacy should be educated first and then AI technology and utilization education should be combined."

Along with Center for Digital Literacy, the Graduate School of Education will provide support for △developing and operating digital literacy and AI-related subjects, △providing visits and training to domestic and foreign institutions for students majoring in AI convergence education, △co-hosting seminars and workshops on digital literacy and AI utilization and △enhancing personalized education capabilities using AI for elementary and middle school teachers and education experts.
