Procedure
Request voluntary withdrawal (intranet) → Print out voluntary withdrawal form → Approval by academic adviser and guardian → Submit voluntary withdrawal form (Registrar)
Tuition Refund
- The tuition to be reimbursed to withdrawing students will be remitted to the bank account provided via the intranet.
- The rate of the refund for the semester of withdrawal differs according to the date.

The deadline to turn in voluntary withdrawal forms is before the beginning of final exams.
First day of new semester - First semester: March 1, Second Semester: September 1
