Patent attorneys are legal professionals specializing in industrial property rights, handling tasks such as filing applications and representing clients in litigation. Ewha has operated a preparation program for the patent attorney examination since 2005. In April 2010, the university established a dedicated study group for the Patent Attorney Examination and the Grade-5 Technical Public Service Examination. The program provides exclusive study rooms, funding for textbooks, and support for online lectures, continuously enhancing students’ competitiveness in these fields.
