2024-Summer Additional Course Registration



 ※ From 2023 winter semester course registration, You must enter a macro prevention key once before course registration to use "Wish list,“ "Course Registration", or "Chapel” menu. - After you enter the macro prevention key once, no additional macro preventive key input is requested until you logout. ( Please refer to [Announcement on Course Registration System with Enhanced Security(*from 2023 winter semester course registration) (ewha.ac.kr)] for more information. )




1. Period : 2024. 6. 24(Mon) 13:00~ 17:00

                    Students can login and use the wish list 30 minutes prior to the registration period.

 

2. Course Registration: http://sugang.ewha.ac.kr


3. Procedure and Important Notes

  A. Login to the Ewha Sugang Program (http://sugang.ewha.ac.kr)

  B. Only new course registration is possible within the allowed number of credits. Course cancellation and change is not possible

  C. The additional course registration will be proceeded by a first come first serve order.

  D. You can only register courses where the class quota is not full. If a mandatory course for your graduation or course completion is full, you could inquire the course department/major or the class professor for an increase of class. Please note that the increase of class will not always be possible.


*Available course list is posted. There may be changes to the quota on the day of additional course registration.


  E. Students are allowed to register to retake the currently enrolled course for 2024-1st semester, which course grade is not yet determined. But if you receive a grade B- or above, you cannot continue to be registered for the course. You must cancel your course at the first cancellation period after summer semester start to receive 2/3 refund. Please not that full tuition refund is not available.


4. Registration for Additional Course Registered Students

  A. Period : 2024. 6. 27(Thu) 07:00 ~ 19:00

  B. Tuition Bill Print : 2024. 6.26(Wed) 14:00 ~

 (MyEureka -> Academic affairs -> Registration -> Summer/Winter Term Tuition Bill)

  C. Payment : Transfer tuition fee to the account number in your tuition bill.

* Payment possible via internet banking, ATM transfer, bank transfer via alternate bank (bank transfer fee

must be paid by the student)

※ If you do not remit the tuition fee within the above period, the course you have additionally registered will be automatically cancelled.

※ There will be no additional registration periods.
