Ewha's Global Summer Programs
In preparation for becoming the next global leader, students at Ewha are warming up to participate in various global programs provided by school.
UC Summer Session
UC Summer Session is for students who want to learn English and experience the classes of the universities in the U.S. It is a program that provides regular summer school programs as well as the ESL classes for the students from all over the world at UCLA and UC Berkeley.
The application is due March 29 and the program is run from June 20 ~ July 29 at UCLA, and July 6 ~ August 13 at UC Berkeley.
NYU Impact
There is also the IMPACT(Interactive Multimedia Performing Arts Collective Technology) Program held at the New York University. Students who major Voice, Composition, Instruments, and Dance are eligible to participate. The application is to be submitted from April 1 ~ 15 at the Office of Global Affairs, ECC B334.
The IMPACT participants will acquire knowledge in their specialty for three weeks from worldly scholars of the New York University. They will also watch various and famous performances of New York, the focal point of the world's arts and culture.
IESEG 4TH INTERNATIONAL SUMMER ACADEMY in France
‘IESEG 4TH INTERNATIONAL SUMMER ACADEMY in France’ is for the students who want to study French and experience its culture in Paris, the heart of Europe. The program is held in the campuses of La Defense district of Paris and provides chances to takes class with the students of Europe in the field of Business and Marketing.
The program is held from July 1 ~ 30 for four weeks and the application is to be submitted from April 1 ~ 15 at the Office of Global Affairs, ECC B334.
In addition, ‘2011 Ewha-Harvard Summer School-Korea’ is held from June 27 to July 29 and 'HongKong University Summer Program' is held from June to July at Ewha. Ewha is the only university that has exchange partnership for summer school with Harvard University.
