2015 Ewha’s Study Abroad Program Led by Faculty

During the courses of the Study Abroad Program, led by Faculty from July to August 2015, 14 teams comprised of 214 Ewha members strengthened their global capacity by visiting and participating in expert lectures and seminars at various international organizations, world-top universities, and world-leading companies located in Asia, America and Europe.
The members of this year’s Study Abroad Program had the opportunity to learn and grow in various esteemed areas such as Art, Humanities, Natural Science, Engineering, Education, Business and International Studies. Professor Seung Jin Lee of College of Pharmacy visited San Diego Biotech Cluster with 12 undergraduate students. Professor Duck-hyun Cho and Professor Kwang-Hyun Lee of the College of Art and Design participated in the program “Art in London 2015” with their students in England.
Since its launch in 2008, the Faculty-led Study Abroad Program has been operating twice a year, during summer and winter break. Now, as one of Ewha’s representative global programs, the Faculty-led Study Abroad Program provides students with opportunities of truly experiencing an extensive array of various fields overseas and expanding their perspective and knowledge as leaders of the future.
