Gunjeong Lee Assistant Professor

Professor Gunjeong Lee is an expert of health statistics, community health promotion system. and health service use evaluation. Dr. Lee receives her master degree on women’s studies from Ewha Womans University and  Ph.D. on sociology from Columbia University in US. Dr. Lee was a faculty of Sociomedical Science, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University and researched social structural factors on health status and health service use. Dr. Lee joined Ewha Womans University in 2012. Her research interests are women’s health, elderly’s health promotion policy, community health service system, and career interrupted nurses. Dr. Lee is an author of a book, Gender and Social Capital: Structured Utilization of Health Services among People with HIV/AIDS in New York City (VDM Verlag). evaluation.
