Young-Ho Ahn Professor

Dr. Young-Ho Ahn is an assistant professor at the Department of Molecular Medicine in the School of Medicine. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Biological Sciences in Seoul National University, and finished a postdoctoral training in MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research is focused on tumorigenesis and metastasis of various cancers including lung cancer. He is now investigating signal transduction pathways in cancer cells and the roles of microRNAs in tumorigenesis and metastasis. He has published more than 20 SCI papers including Journal of Clinical Investigation.
