Ji-Aeh Lee Associate Professor

Department of Philosophy

Ji-Aeh LEE is an Associate Professor of Philosophy Department in College of Liberal Arts and a pioneer of Teaching Philosophy for Children and Youth in Korea. She has taken double master degrees at Ewha and Montclair State University (USA), and double doctoral degrees at Iberoamericana(MEXICO) and Teachers College of Columbia University(USA) in order to build a bridge study between Philosophy and Education. She actively works for Philosophy Education as the vice president of Korean Association of Teaching Philosophy and Korean delegation leader of International Philosophy Olympia. She is an author of philosophy books for children and teenagers in Korea, and takes a role of executive director in the educational programs of teaching philosophy for children and youth at Ewha Institute of Philosophy.
