Professor Jae Hun Jeong is currently Professor of Law in the School of Law.
He has lectured and studied Korean Antitrust Law as a professor at Ewha Womans University's Law School since March 2018, after He retired from 24 years of public service, including 19 years of experience as a judge, in February 2018. 

Professor Jeong received his Bachelor of Laws from the Seoul National University College of Law, and completed his Master of public health from Seoul National University, his LL.M. from Columbia Law School, and his Ph.d. of Law from Korea University. 

In 2011, He received a Ph.D. and taught antitrust law at law school, general graduate school, graduate school of legal affairs, Judicial Training Institute, Law Training Institute, and Lawyer’s Training Institute. Also, as a Judge, he was in charge of major antitrust cases from 2013 to 2016 at Antitrust Tribunal of Appellate Court at Seoul High Court. He was a non-standing commissioner of the Korea Fair Trade Commission from 2019 to 2021. 

As of ㅡMarch 2024, He published 52 treatises (46 of economic law), and books, such as Competition & Competitive Effects(2023), The Korean Subcontract Law(1st, 2nd editions, 2023), Healthcare, pharmaceutical industry and competition law(2020), Antitrust Law Litigation Practices (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th editions, 2023), Self Preference of Online Platforms(2023,  co-authored), Act on Door-to-Door Sales Notes(LAWnB, 2023, co-authored), Civil Law Commentary(law of obligations, 2022, co-authored), Large Distribution Business Act Notes (LAWnB, 2019, co-authored), and Introduction to Law (6th editions, 2020, economic law section). 

In particular, the book “Competition & Competitive Effects” was nominated as one of Sejong academic books(prominent academic books) in 2023. And The book "Antitrust Law Litigation Practice" and the book “The Korean Subcontract Law” are loved by working-level officials dealing with the Korean Antitrust Law and the Korean Subcontract Law by playing a role as a "primary work reference" by clearly summarizing main issues in the legal practice and introducing related precedents.
