Jeongkoo Yoon is Professor in the Department of Management, Ewha School of Business. He has also been Summer Adjunct Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior, Cornell University in the USA. His research and teaching specialty includes change management, leadership, and organizational behavior. He got doctoral degree at the University of Iowa. He served as the 9th Chairperson of Korean Academy of Leadership. 

He published several award wining books: Change Management for Millennial Companies (2010, Seoul: Knowlege Nomad); Social Commitments in a Depersonalized World (2009, New York: Russell Sage Foundation, coathored with Lawler and Thye); Authentic Leadership (2015, Seoul: Raon Books); Are Women Strategic Partners: Gender Diversity Narratives in Hyper-Connected Platform Society (2020, Seoul: Redwood); Golden Faucet: Purpose Management (2018, Seoul: Sam & Parkers); and Order on the Edge of Chaos (2015, Cambridge University Press, coauthored with Lawler and Thye). 

His current research interests focus on leadership platforms and co-evolution of organizations in the ecology of organizations. Currently, he runs Authentic Leadership Academy that has the mission to develop social leaders alienated from formal leadership training and development opportunities.
