Ewha School of Medicine, hosted an award ceremony of MEDIEDU (the School of Medicine E-learning Consortium)

The ‘2020 Learning Data Contest,’ organized by the MEDIEDU(the School of Medicine E-learning Consortium), was held from June to September 2020. At the MEDIEDU, various medical schools in Korea jointly developed and utilized e-learning contents of medical education. The contest held at the consortium is meaningful in that medical students can actively participate in developing the contents.


The ‘2020 Educational Contents Contest’ award ceremony was held at each university due to the COVID-19. The award ceremony of Ewha was held on December 11 at the Gyerim Hall of the Magok Campus. Professor Jae Jin Han, the dean of the School of Medicine, as well as Professor Jung Sung Ae and Professor Hae Soon Kim attended as presenters.


At the contest, four award-winning works came from Ewha School of Medicine, including the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize-winning team (members: Hanna Kim, Jihyun Song, Minji Chang) made a content about childhood vaccination CPX. The three Excellent prize-winning teams created contents about 5-minute tips for OSCE: intubation (members: Soyeon Kim, Soyeon Yoon, Jiyun Bok/ advisor: Professor Heeseung Lee), cerebral nerve (members: Hae Eun Cho, Hanna Chang/ advisor: Professor Jiyoung Yun) and chest CPX (members: Juhee Kim, Suhyun Park, Jingang Woo, Youngjoo Lee, Minyung Chang/ advisor: Professor Sanghoon Shin).
