Due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, procedures of leave of absence is changed as below.
Email confirmation could be used as a substitution for signature from your Academic Advisor or Head of Department. This is applicable only for 2020 Spring semester.
Please attach the email including the confirmation message from the Academic Advisor or Head of Department and contact the Office of International Student Affairs.
