Prof. HyungJune Lee has been a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ewha Womans University since 2012. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, Republic of Korea in 2001. He obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2006 and 2010, respectively. He joined Broadcom as Sr. Staff Scientist for working on research and development of 60GHz 802.11ad SoC MAC. Also, he worked for AT&T Labs as Principal Member of Technical Staff with the involvement of LTE overload estimation, LTE-WiFi interworking, and heterogeneous networks. His current research interests include edge AI, lightweight AI, and distributed AI in Edge Computing and Generative AI-driven indoor localization, and network intrusion detection system (NIDS).
